The company is subordinate to Hailun Farm under management of Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Suihua Administration. The company has a processing factory in 10,000 square meters with integration of acquisition, cleaning, screening, warehousing and deep processing. The annual processing capacity of the company is 5,000 tons of evening primrose and 3,000 tons of organic soybeans. There is a 30,000-mu planting base on Hailun Farm, which can ensure sufficient supply of raw materials. Both the base and the company have passed certification of the organic certification system. Ha-Hei and Ha-Yi railways and highways pass through the urban district of the city. The project is located in the southwest part of Suihua, at about 2 km from Suihua exit of Ha-Sui Expressway. This is an easily accessible place. The value of fixed assets of the company is 17.24 million Yuan. The land area used by the company is 32,000 square meters, including workshops of 4,600 square meters, warehouses of 3,000 square meters and offices of 500 square meters. The existing equipments include: pre-processing, extraction, and refining equipments, one set of each, in the primrose processing line and one pressing production line.

Product composition: ① The evening primrose series health-care products and by-products: including evening primrose cooking oil, blend oil, health-care capsules, medicines, cosmetics and so on. The by-product is evening primrose meal. ② Organic cold-pressed soybean oil series products and by-products: including organic cold-pressed soybean oil and blend oil. The by-product is organic cold-pressed soybean meal cake.
Sources of raw materials: The Company has a 30,000-mu planting base on Hailun Farm. Both the base and the company have passed certification of the organic certification system. Northeast China is a main region for growing evening primrose in China. It is worth mentioning that our geographic location is just the best for growing evening primrose. Large area around the company in Sifangtai, Wangkui, Mingshui and other townships is use for growing evening primrose. Abundant output can meet the demand for such raw material.
Market Situation: Evening primrose oil is needed (mainly by European countries and the US) in big quantity on international market with a gradually increasing demand from year to year. Many domestic medicine and cosmetics manufacturers also pay attention to this product. The by-product evening primrose meal contains rich nutrition and various elements and is a very good material for feeding livestock. Its market prospect is promising.
